Presenting imaged evidence to a jury is a way to make trials less expensive, more understandable and proceed faster.

     The power of visual evidence can make people (including lawyers, mediators and insurance executives) understand and remember facts,  should realize that there is a tremendous potential for visual evidence to have significant impact on the settlement process or the verdict.

     When one side comes to the settlement table with powerful visual evidence, ready for trial and illustrating the proponent's keen grasp of the elements of the case, the litigant's probable success before a jury cannot be underestimated.
